“We are extremely proud of our achievements as a firm since we opened our doors almost a decade ago” said Peter Wilcox, Managing Partner of Belmore Neidrauer LLP.  “We are fortunate to have been given the opportunity to work for leading multi-national companies on their most important and complex trials and appeals in Canada. We have also had the opportunity to represent clients intervening in some of the most important patent cases in the Supreme Court of Canada and Federal Court of Appeal, allowing us to help the Court to shape significant principles of patent law.”

“These kinds of awards reflect the level of advocacy and advice that our team provides for our clients as well as the level of success that we have had representing our clients.  I am extremely proud of our entire team – their hard work has resulted in this recognition of our firm.  Jason’s recognition as Outstanding IP Practitioner of the Year is a reflection of all of the great work he has done on behalf of our clients and of the support he gets from our entire team.”
