Actavis Pharma Company v. Alcon Canada Inc.
We successfully represented Alcon and Bayer in this appeal brought by Actavis.
The Federal Court had upheld the validity of Bayer’s patent relating to the antibiotic moxifloxacin, the active ingredient in Alcon’s VIGAMOX product. On appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal confirmed the validity of the patent.
