Bayer Inc. and Bayer Pharma Aktiengesellschaft v. Apotex Inc. and the Minister of Health
We successfully defended the validity of Bayer’s patent covering the antibiotic moxifloxacin (AVELOX® and VIGAMOX ®) and obtained an order prohibiting the Minister of Health from granting marketing approval to Cobalt’s generic product until the expiry of the patent.
