Anna specializes in intellectual property litigation matters. Anna joined Belmore Neidrauer in 2022 after having spent over twenty years with other IP law firms where she specialized in patent infringement, impeachment, and damages actions as well as judicial review applications and proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
Anna is well versed in the Federal Courts Rules and helps prepare various court materials. Anna provides lawyers with support throughout the entire litigation process, including file management, document production, examination for discovery, expert retention, mediation, trial, and appeal. Anna has experience in handling large, complex matters involving paper and electronic documents before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Anna also has experience in conducting fully electronic and virtual trials at the Federal Court using the eTrial Toolkit.
