Kelly is an associate at Belmore Neidrauer LLP.
She obtained her J.D. from Queen’s University in 2021 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
Before joining the firm, Kelly completed a clerkship at the Federal Court with the Honourable Madam Justice Pallotta. During the clerkship, Kelly was awarded best respondent factum and was a finalist in the oral rounds of the Exchequer Cup Moot competition held among the law clerks of the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. Kelly also received second place for best respondent factum in the 2020 Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot.
During law school, Kelly was a senior associate editor for the Queen’s Law Journal and worked as a caseworker at the Queen’s Business Law Clinic.
Kelly attended McMaster University and graduated with a BSc. (Honours) in Life Sciences (Biology & Pharmacology specialization).
