Mary is a law clerk with Belmore Neidrauer LLP.
She has over 25 years of
experience with intellectual property litigation focused on proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of
Compliance) Regulations.
She
provides lawyers with support throughout the entire litigation process,
including file management, document production, examinations for discovery,
background expert research, trials, appeals and costs. Mary has worked on
proceedings before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme
Court of Canada, both in electronical and paper format.
Mary
has experience with many electronic database systems, including Relativity and
the tool kit database employed by the Federal Court.
Mary
holds a B.A. (Hons) from Trent University and graduated from the ILCO law
clerks course in 1991. She earned her Fellowship (Honours) in Intellectual
Property from ILCO in 2010.
